- Backroads (Cajalco, Gavilan, Santa Rosa Mine, Post, Ellis) Southeast to Hwy 74
- Hwy 74 South to Sophie St (2nd Left)
- Backroads (Sophie, Mapes, Goetz) to Newport Rd
- Newport Rd East to meet Jack and some others at the Shell Gas station just past I-215 by about 9:15am
- Continue East on Newport which becomes Domenigoni Pkwy
- Right on State St which becomes Sage Rd [R3] and continues South to Hwy 79
- Hwy 79 East to S2
- S2 East to S22
- S22 East to Borrego Springs
- S3 South to Hwy 78
- Hey 78 West to Julian
- Lunch @ Bailey BBQ in Julian
- From Julian West on Hwy 76 to Rice Canyon Rd (w/optional detour up to Palomar)
- Rice Canyon Rd to Rainbow Valley Rd
- Rainbow Valley Rd to E Mission Rd
- Old Hwy 395 to E Mission Rd into Fallbrook
- Backroads (De Luz, Carancho, Los Gatos, Avocado Mesa, Via Volcan, Tenaja, Clinton Keith) to I-15 N and our respective homes

I would like to meet the group in Julian since I reside in Palm Desert(Bermuda Dunes). It would give me an opportunity to meet some of the members. I wonder if an approximate time to arrive in Julian would be possible?
It should take us less than 3 hours to ride from the Mobil gas station to Borrego Springs, then to Julian… So we should definitely be there by 1pm, possibly as early as 12:30pm if we leave on time (unlikely) and set a good spirited pace (very likely).
Hey Jerry, since we’re leaving earlier than originally planned, I wanted to give you an updated estimated arrival time. We should arrive at Julian by about noon.

Thanks for coming. We did make it home OK. I actually stopped at the lookout/restroom up there and did not know about the place y’all went to down below. Kimberly & I were tired (I only got 4 hours of sleep) and we decided to skip Fallbrook and just go home to take a nap. 🙂
